Return and Exchange Policies
We do offer returns and exchanges for many of our goods. Read carefully!
All custom tag necklaces are final sale.
All international orders are final sale.
All electronic gift cards are final sale.
For all other items, we accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the courier recorded delivery date.

If you bought it, live in the USA, and would like to begin the return or exchange process, please email us first. Items must be unworn, unused, and in it's original packaging. Follow the instructions under "How do I get started?" below.
How do I get started?
To begin your return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: RETURN REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
To begin your exchange, email email@example.com with subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
Instructions will be sent upon approval from a Billy! team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.
How long will it take?
Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for Billy! to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org.
But it was a gift?
Please email us at email@example.com with "GIFT RETURN" in the subject line. We are happy to offer exchanges or electronic gift cards for the value of the item.
