BASIC ORDER PROCESSING INFO.
AS OF DECEMBER 13, THERE WILL BE A HOLD ON PLACING ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. WE WILL RESUME SOMETIME IN 2017.
WE WILL STILL SHIP TO CANADA.
If you are desperate, and you don't have any friends in America to help you out, try these guys recommended by Huffington Post.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence. Should Billy! be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.
Billy! is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Billy! to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these charges.
For no other reason than it’s a great name. It’s a great boy name and a great girl name and the exclamation point brings it to life.
Who is Candice?
How do I wear the tag necklaces?
The tag necklaces are designed to fit over your head and have one tag in the back of the neck and one tag in the front – but it’s up to you. Twist it around so both tags show. Whatever you want.
Why is it called an “Edition” necklace?
Edition necklaces have limited supply runs.
Sometimes Candice gets an idea, but she also has a short attention span. So her ideas pop up all day and night. If she had to keep every idea for tags in the collection it wouldn’t be manageable. She has to be reigned in by limited runs.
What kind of gold do you use?
Billy! gold is solid 14k yellow, but with its own recipe of alloys that gives it a bright hue.
What kind of silver do you use?
Sterling Silver. Not plated.
Will my necklace tarnish? What do I do if it does?
It’s not uncommon for sterling silver to develop a black or green tarnish. This is a chemical reaction that can happen when left unworn or when it comes in contact with certain soaps, lotions, or perfumes. Sometimes even a person’s own skin can react with silver.
If you have an allergic reaction to silver or gold, stop wearing it and see a doctor. Billy! cannot take responsibility for any reactions an individual may have to any metals!
If your jewelry tarnishes, simply rub it with a polishing cloth or a household silver cleaner.
My necklace lost its shine. Why?
Because you love it! Gold and silver scratch with wear. That’s good! The more you wear it the more it looks loved. If you absolutely must have it polished, we know a guy. Email email@example.com for details.
Whoa whoa whoa. Where is my custom necklace?
All custom tag necklace orders take 4-6 weeks to create. Outside of specific holiday deadlines, there are no exceptions to this timeline. That means that it arrives to our shipping office in 4-6 weeks. After that, we ship it out immediately to you!
Where is my order?
It's coming! We work as quickly as we can to fulfill the orders. If you are really freaking out, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible; however, we do ask that you be patient. This is shopping, not an emergency.
Signature required? What?
That's right! Most of our packages (excluding stickers) require a signature upon delivery. Hey, its precious cargo. We can't just leave this stuff lying around. If you aren't in a position to ever sign for your package, let us know beforehand and we can waive the signature required option (at your own risk!).
Why do you ship t-shirts and jewelry separately?
If we had to ship all of your t-shirts ourselves, we would need a warehouse and a small army. Our t-shirts are shipped from a family owned distribution center in Big Bear, California. We take care of everything else here in NYC.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We can't imagine why anyone would want to return something. But if you absolutely have to, see our policies here.
What size t-shirt does Candice wear?
What size t-shirt does Casey wear?
Why don't you have a sweatshirt/hats/socks?
Chill. We will.
